For someone who has arthritis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, and spinal stenosis that is a step in the right direction.     Just learned that there are some yogas & spa places where they light up the whole place with infrared. Well, I have a floor version with wheels and I love it. This one needs a small table or a platform but gives you more light overall. It has double the LED surface and seems more hardcore. My wife and I can share it together while watching TV, that is how much flood of light it has. It has timer of course. In terms of quality, this may not be the best, but in terms of functionality, this unit works great.

    This red light therapy light is sturdy and solidly built. It is pretty large and heavy but powerful. It has a grid of alternating red and near-infrared LEDs with individual focusing lenses. They are super bright and warm. The chassis is fan-cooled since it can get really warm.

I really like that this one has a built in timer, the other infrared lights I have don’t have a timer.Overall, I really like this red light. It’s expensive but if you can afford it, it’s worth the asking price.
