  Easy to set up—comes w/attachments to set up at varying heights depending on placement need on the body; i.e., hanging fr a wall/door, etc. Very warming so it can also double as a personal heater if needed. Have not owned/used for the recommended amount of time suggested to notice external results. Will update when those are identified. Solid construction with heavy duty electrical connection cord.
