  I have only been using this device for a couple days but have noticed a decline in pain and overall stiffness. For someone who has arthritis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, and spinal stenosis that is a step in the right direction. The unit functions well and does not get hot although you do feel a gentle, penetrating heating of the treatment area while under the light. It is quite soothing

  Just learned that there are some yogas & spa places where they light up the whole place with infrared. Well, I have a floor version with wheels and I love it. This one needs a small table or a platform but gives you more light overall. It has double the LED surface and seems more hardcore. My wife and I can share it together while watching TV, that is how much flood of light it has. It has timer of course. In terms of quality, this may not be the best, but in terms of functionality, this unit works great.

Quality build and construction (steel construction; cooling fan; truly commercial grade). Ability to operate each spectrum independently (not so with many other models)

  This American Wellness Authority Red Light Therapy panel is a small, but mighty therapy panel. This is small enough to store easily and not take up much room, but it'll still do everything you need a red light to do. I really like that this one has a built in timer, the other infrared lights I have don't have a timer.Overall, I really like this red light. It's expensive but if you can afford it, it's worth the asking price.

  This red light therapy light is sturdy and solidly built. It is pretty large and heavy but powerful. It has a grid of alternating red and near-infrared LEDs with individual focusing lenses. They are super bright and warm. The chassis is fan-cooled since it can get really warm.

It looked and just felt complicated, but it’s not, you just have to follow the instructions.I had done some reading on red light therapy and thought I would try it. I find it relaxing in an odd sort of way. Does it make a difference? I don’t know, it certainly doesn’t hurt. I know I’ll keep using it.
